Smartexus offers a 12-day free trial for eligible users.
No payment is required during the trial period
You may cancel at any time before the trial ends
If not canceled, your selected subscription plan will begin automatically at the end of the trial
No refunds apply to free trials, as no charges are incurred.
Smartexus operates on a subscription-based pricing model, billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
Subscription plans include:
Solo Plan
Professional Plan
Enterprise Plan
Billing begins at the end of the free trial or upon immediate purchase if the trial is skipped.
All subscription fees are non-refundable, including:
Partial months
Unused time
Downgrades
Feature limitations
Inactivity or lack of usage
Once a billing cycle has started, charges are final.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Cancellation prevents future charges
Access will remain active until the end of the current billing period
No prorated refunds will be issued for unused time
Upgrades take effect immediately
Any price difference may be charged at the time of upgrade
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
No refunds or credits are issued for downgrades
Refunds may be considered at Smartexus’s sole discretion in exceptional cases, including:
Duplicate or accidental charges
Billing errors caused by Smartexus
Verified technical failures preventing platform access
Such cases will be reviewed individually and do not guarantee a refund.
Enterprise plans or custom contracts may include separate refund or billing terms as outlined in the signed agreement.
In case of conflict, the enterprise agreement will prevail.
Failed payments may result in limited access or account suspension
Continued failure to resolve billing issues may lead to account termination
No refunds will be issued for suspended or terminated accounts due to non-payment
Initiating a chargeback without contacting Smartexus first may result in:
Immediate account suspension
Loss of access to data or services
We encourage users to contact support to resolve billing concerns directly.
All subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Taxes, transaction fees, or currency conversion charges are non-refundable.
Smartexus reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
